CourtNotify Civilian for Civilian Subpoena Issuance and Delivery Management

The CourtNotify Civilian application can be used as a stand-alone solution for serving agencies only or as an integrated solution that includes judicial court systems.

Comprehensive Civilian Subpoena Management
Delivery addresses can be sorted by U.S. postal codes for efficient delivery routing. Delivery results can be entered quickly using handheld data entry devices or via mobile laptops. All deliveries results can be viewed online in real-time.

Civilian name, address, phone and demographic information can be imported or data entered. Addresses can be U.S. Postal Service verified. Civilians can be classified by types and associated with businesses -- such as attorneys, commercial surety, and bond agents. Integration with the U.S. Postal database is available to verify addresses.

Witnesses are added to case events through a web interface or imported using Orion’s CourtNotify Integration module. Witness codes can be applied to automate agency defined processes for event and document types. Subpoena forms can be designed based on court, case and hearing types. These can include official signatures, seals and interactive comments.

Delivery assignments are made electronically by serving agencies to their deputies. Assignments are viewed online by serving deputies. Laptop or handheld devices are used to verify addresses and enter delivery results. Delivery statuses can be viewed in real-time by all participating agencies.
