Administrator Asset Management

Administrator streamlines the process of asset issuance, tracking and inventory management . Assets can be assigned individually or as a pre-defined group of items based on employee title and rank. Employees view simple call-to-action notices when items are ready for pick-up or expired items are past their return dates.

All assets are tracked in real-time through each item’s life cycle. Administrator records custody chains as items move in and out of inventory. Electronic signatures are associated with each item’s activity for tracking purposes.

Administrator tracks inventory balances, reorder points, and stocked quantities. Items can be set up to include serial numbers, restricted for certain organizations or tracked by funding organizations. Assets can be set with expiration dates that automate return notifications.
