Orion offers data interface services that provide data access and interface services between disparate databases and applications. Interface services are managed through Orion’s standard interface and custom interface life cycle process. The methodology utilized by Orion comprises of rapidly assessing the interface requirements, registering the structure of the data and defining the solution in formalized engineering documentation. |

Orion utilizes SSIS packages, web services, and file exchange solutions as required by the interfacing systems. All information is documented in a formal configuration document that includes all web service methods, data processing business rules, data validation and exception handling, workflow drawings, data type formats, error/success codes, and the xml schemas. Included in all of Orion’s interface solutions is Orion’s health frame work technology, which tracks all events within the interface and includes trace details to provide root cause event information in a documented methodology. Orion’s health framework is the missing link that bridges the gap when integration solutions include multiple platforms across different IT departments and jurisdictions. |
