Administrator's scheduling capabilities include automated scheduling and coordination of daily shift schedules, leave time, overtime, training, special-duty, and court events. Time and attendance tools verify what occurred during an employee’s scheduled shift so that it can be accurately reported to payroll.

 

An unlimited number of employee schedules can be set as multiple shifts, rotating positions or future assignments. Any combination of work periods can be define and associated with FLSA agency rules. Seniority based position bidding can be offered, allowing eligible employees to bid for assignments and schedules. Employees view all their scheduled events using rolling, monthly calendars. Daily rosters are viewed online, printed, exported or saved as PDF.

With Administrator employee activity data from external systems, such as RMS activities or CAD incidents, can be automatically collected. Cumulative roll-up summaries of employee’s activities can be viewed in chart or list formats to analyze performance and better direct agency efforts.
