Orion’s Help Desk Team acts as the focal point for requests and delivery of services for enterprise or municipal organizations located on several campuses. Our team is designed to monitor, track and communicate activities between equipment users and the organization's IT professionals responsible for these services.

Our staff and technologies provide information that identify trends and anticipate needs, increase responsiveness to internal (or external) customers, and ensure that the highest quality service is extended every day.

We do this using Orion's Encompass asset management and tracking tool designed to collect information for technical processing and government agency business documentation.
