Administrator includes an interactive Virtual Viewer tool that allows users to access information from different types of systems. Because no functional replication is needed to view data stored from separate systems, the Administrator Virtual Viewer tool is often used as a pathway to access real-time data stored in new, legacy and external systems.

Simple navigational buttons are used to display search criteria that generate real-time results. Global searches, using common search criteria across multiple internal and/or external platforms are used to view results from multiple systems. Results are displayed through dynamic tabular formats with detail drill-down links. Query results can be printed and exported.

Administrator’s data access tool is completely noninvasive. It takes data from existing platforms and provides data sets that can be easily utilized by other platforms. As a result, users can access shared data without having to migrate it to external or off-site databases. Data owners that choose to allow other agencies to view their data remain in complete control of ownership, access rights and tracking.
