Administrator enables agencies to store, retrieve, and manage comprehensive workforce information and to direct employee administrative activities. This includes electronic records for sworn, civilian, part-time, reserves and auxiliary employees. By sharing Administrator’s data with other systems, agencies have immediate access to coordinated information from one centralized platform.

Through Administrator’s agency-defined role and permission levels, users view or update a wide range of employee information, such as chain-of-command, assignments, rank, employee classifications, seniority, contacts, evaluations, awards, certifications and skills, assets, medical history and injuries, payroll and pay incentives, shifts, and significant dates, special-duty, leave time and overtime. This includes easy-to-view workforce reports, such as audit compliance, training and certifications, and injury reports. And ad hoc reports are available using Crystal Reports® and Microsoft® SSRS.
