Dallas, TX (February 13, 2019) – Orion Communications, a provider of Public Safety workforce management software, announced today that the City of Seattle has selected Orion’s AgencyWeb® solution to provide the City’s Fire and Police Departments with scheduling automation software that will ensure optimal coverage of shifts while driving efficiencies and increased transparency in staff management. Orion’s AgencyWeb® solution will be used to streamline business practices related to staffing and deployment of resources, including interfaces with the City’s HR, payroll, and operational systems.
